Throughout my journey, I have embraced every challenge with enthusiasm, creativity, and a constant drive to grow — both professionally and personally. This passion and motivation have opened doors to countless opportunities, enriching experiences, and meaningful relationships.

With over 10 years of experience in the retail sector, I’ve developed a strategic mindset and become a versatile professional. My international Master’s degree in Culture and Trends deepened my ability to understand human behavior and translate patterns into strategic insights, always through a systemic and holistic lens.

Born and raised in the countryside of São Paulo, I began my career in the capital, where I lived for nearly a decade. My international experiences took me to the United States, Portugal, and Spain — but the most intense and transformative journey of all has been motherhood, with the birth of my son Francisco.

I hold a specialization in Trend Management in Communication and a Master’s degree in Culture and Communication from the University of Lisbon.
Service Design
As a Service Designer, I strive to be a change agent by promoting human-centered initiatives and proposing solutions that prioritize the customer and all their touchpoints with the service, using a Design Thinking approach.
I hold a specialization in Innovation from Elisava – Barcelona School of Design and Engineering.
